Hello, from another lurker who sends birthday wishes to the girls, love to E, too, and peace to Steve, and strength to OJ.

Try to put the worries that the ILs have given you away and give all your thoughts to your precious and lovely family. You surely do not need or deserve this pressure and there may in the future be a time to resolve things. But for now you have other priorities. Think of the now and enjoy the girls' birthday together.

Happy Birthday to Bethan and Abbey. Hope you girls have a great day and enjoy your presents and your family today.

OJ - you are the stronger, and much better person in all of this (we know that, you know that, I suspect that the ILs know that, Steve certainly does).

Morning OJ, A huge Happy Birthday to your beautiful girls.

He made it !!! First for Elliot and now for the girls, what a father he is.

I know that if Steve slips away from you today it will always mean that he went on their birthday, however, they can take comfort that there Dads love for them was so massive that he wanted to be with them on their special day and of course on Elliots too.

Completely bamboozled with ref to BIL actions, maybe he does not know your history and his actions are sincere, but if he does know then............ you dont need to here what I'm thinking, too early in the morning for that kind of language and not good for a good Christian girl like myself to think those thoughts.

OJ we are all here willing steve through the day, and hoping it is a peaceful happy day. Put all those horrible thoughts about your wicked in laws into a virtual box and put them away to be dealt with another time. Now is for making memories not being in fear. I am shocked at their behaviour (still, even though you would think they couldn't get any worse).
