Love to you Steve and your DC.

I realy beleive that Steve is waiting for sunday so that he can one more of your dd's birthday tomorrow, like he did with Elliot.

His love for you and his children means he wants to have one more special day with you.

Weegiemum · 06/06/2008 13:09

I just can't get over how the ILs are behaving! It certainly has restored my faith (bruised a few years ago) in SW - sounds like they are being amazing.

You are all in my prayers today. You are all amazing!

Dear OJ,
I am thinking of you all. here is a poem i found comforting in hard times

carry your heart with me (i carry it in my heart)
i am never without it (anywhere i go you go,my dear; and whatever is done by only me is your doing,my darling)
i fear no fate(for you are my fate,my sweet)
i want no world(for beautiful you are my world,my true)
and it's you are whatever a moon has always meant
and whatever a sun will always sing is you

here is the deepest secret nobody knows
(here is the root of the root and the bud of the bud
and the sky of the sky of a tree called life;which grows
higher than the soul can hope or mind can hide)
and this is the wonder that's keeping the stars apart

i carry your heart(i carry it in my heart)

e.e. cummings

OJ - I can only add my thoughts to those of all the others. Hope you have a peaceful day and that you get to spend a little more time with Steve and the children, making more memories. Wishing you all the strength you need to cope with this all and more.

Thinking of you at this time. I hope you are able to spend some peaceful time with Steve and the children today. Much love xxx

triplets · 06/06/2008 13:54

Dearest Oj,
It is heartbreaking to imagine how you all are feeling at this moment, Steve is incredible, I cannot believe his strength. I am soooooooooo shocked about mil, does she not care at all about anybody but herself? She should be there to comfort, esp the children, oh what a horrible horrible person she is, how could she have created such a loving man as Steve, poor poor you, what goes around comes around, nasty woman.

lou031205 · 06/06/2008 13:55

OJ, over the next few months, and even years, you and Steve's family will both look back at the last time you had with Steve.

You will be able to look back, knowing that you honoured Steve with your dignity. Your in-laws will look back, and eventually realise their failings. Steve, I am sure, although I have never met him, is so proud of you.

What a blessing to have a supportive set of SWs who can help you to fight your corner.
