For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Toot the tummy massage sounds good (don't know why am so interested in poo tonight) but have you tried..

kneel on the floor
bend forward till your face is touching the floor and stretch your arms out as much as poss with your bum still on your heels, maybe a little bit in the air

it's a bit yoga-ish and i'm really not taking the proverbial but I wouldn't do it in a library

l like mn names

stuffitall · 04/05/2008 21:23

or take Great Expectations into the loo

pinkspottywellies · 04/05/2008 21:26

I think it would technically be called removing you. Or deleting. But that sounds meaner. And more permanant.

TooTicky · 04/05/2008 21:28

Thanks stuffit, will bear that in mind
Great Expectations?

TooTicky · 04/05/2008 21:29

Pink, I picked up a friend by mistake, thinking she was UR. Would it be mean to unfriend her? She may be desperate for friends.

FrannyandZooey · 04/05/2008 21:29

oh keep her
she may be fab

She only has five friends. She can stay for a bit, although she seems to have an unhealthy interest in vampires.

TooTicky · 04/05/2008 21:32

Franny, I have been talking about poo and you missed it.

FrannyandZooey · 04/05/2008 21:34

I didn't miss it
I never miss poo

IdrisTheDragon · 04/05/2008 22:18

I think I have added you pink (or at least I hope I have )

You can remove people as friends and they don't get told that you have

avi no news today, did you see yesterday's news which was that she is ok but in pain and feeling emotional

people have added me on face book. It is oddly odd and stragnly strange as my two internet worlds collide.

Someoen asked me if i can really see auras - i made it up - but the colours did come to mind when i thought of you - so idris could never be an orange whereas franny could.

my niece can do it and if you ask her she tells you like ti is obvious. she is four. She told me i was blue and i sparkled.

I have my bookclub on tues and i haven;t read the book (again) which is bad isn;t it.

Oh oh oh oh, can I have extra 10/10 points for picking and identifying and eating sorrel leaves in a meadow?

DS wants to make nettle soup tomorrow. Shall we?

BBBee · 04/05/2008 22:59

oh DS told my mum that i sometimes take him to meet people i talk to on the internet has only been you lot and boco - hardly traumatic!

Boco · 04/05/2008 23:02

You might think you have Avi, but you can never delete yourself from facebook, Ehehverrr.

We heard from MrsC yesterday, she was ok but in pain and emotional . Not heard today.

My cousin is still staying with her baby. He's very sweet and dribbly. But he doesn't like to sleep very much.

BBBee · 04/05/2008 23:03

oh oh oh look look (but not toot) these are on offer and they are the best sex I ever had!

BBBee · 04/05/2008 23:04

buy the chocolate boco - i think a homopath recommended it for helping illurstratords get their work done or something.

berolina · 04/05/2008 23:05

Just looking in. Am in a quiet (not bad-quiet, more pensive-quiet) mood. Have been eating strawberries. ds2 is back in my arms, asleep. I so want to put him down, but He Will Wake Up. Boco, your little non-sleeping guest sounds very like him.

BBBee · 04/05/2008 23:07

hi bero

i get those moods - i quite like them - all staring into space and letting the world pass by without getting too involved. It is good - helps your unconicous mind to grow.

Boco · 04/05/2008 23:08

Oh god they look really really good.
I've wanted chocolate all evening - or biscuits or cake or anything really. We've nothing nice, I had an apple, which is nice - but not hte right kind of nice.

Dp went to the shop and came back without chocolate and when quizzed as to how he could do such a thing he said he didn't know what to get so he just got himself a beer and didn't bother with the chocolate. I did think that I might not like him anymore.
