Hi, how did it work for your husband?

annare · 14/12/2023 22:43

Hi I'd be happy to use your code but they asked for the referring persons name and surname as I already signed up and got the app. Would you be ok to message me with it?

sharonsugar · 05/01/2024 18:31

Could I also jump on the bandwagon? Does anyone have a code for this and how much cheaper is it with a code?

rudolfy · 05/01/2024 20:33

@sharonsugar it is 10% cheaper with a code and is supposed to get you quicker up the waiting list. Here is mine if helpful joinzoe.mention-me.com/m/ol/lo3wh-c017e0fc5c

Hi, following the original request for a code there was feedback that Zoe wasn’t worth doing. A lot of people here seem to have signed up any way, how have you found it? In your opinion is it worth the spend? Many thanks

I got the Abbott Libre 2 glucose monitor direct from Abbott (about £50) and have been using that to get an idea of my body's reaction to different foods. This was suggested on here and it has helped me. I follow the Zöe podcasts and articles and am already on it with fermented food and lots of varied plant sources.

FlowerBarrow · 10/01/2024 12:34

Yes I believe worth the spend, especially if you can get a discount. Some people who were not supportive of Zoe on here werent people who had actually participated in the full program, so not really valid views.
It is indeed personalised and it is also based on evolving technology and scientific knowledge.
How much you get out of it may depend on what you are looking for, what your starting point is and how much you are willing to change.

Hello. I am very glad I joined. I was quite healthy anyway but was very surprised to find out my blood fat processing was poor. My dad had vascular dementia, so for me it’s very useful information to have as heart disease can start years before it presents as a problem. I don’t plug in every meal but I use the app for recipes choosing meals with a high score.

Percypigmystery · 29/01/2024 07:24

.

Pearl27 · 29/01/2024 08:02

If you’re signing up for 12 months, they have 3 months for £3 deal atm with code 3FOR3 and it worked out better for me than a referral code.
