If you are vegan and haven't been able to join Zoe because of the ingredients in the testing muffins you might want to look again as they've replaced them with a vegan alternative. Cookies now, still apparently are foul 😂

no problem, I’ll attach my code. I am loving Zoe, there’s lots of delicious recipes to choose from and I’m planning our family meals around my scores so EVERYONE is eating super healthy 😂
I hope you enjoy it. There’s always a waiting list but my test kit ended up arriving about three weeks before it was expected.

I’d be really interested to hear how all who have signed up have got on. Your input @PamelaDawes is really useful and what I suspected.
I listen to the podcasts, which are helpful and interesting but can see the rest is a massive sales pitch with similar results one could achieve with some changes to habits and by reading.
