morning all

thanks again for the support last night, i didnt really sleep all that well but daniel had a peaceful night with just a little weazing.

paed has just phoned and is happy that im happy with him, but has said to take him straight back to A&E if i get worried again. there are some fab docs in the nhs.

just need to wait til 10am to get him some nasal saline drops and hopefully that will clear him up even more.

thanks again.... im doing PFB all over again!

Phew - good news! x

NAB3littlemonkeys · 09/12/2007 10:14

NHS Direct said they would ring back when we thought DS1 had mengitis. He was 2. He is now 6 and 9 months and we are still waiting for the call.

So glad Daniel is okay.

Good morning. So glad all is well - although I am annoyed on your behalf at so-called call "within the hour" from out-of-hours doc coming more than 2 hours later!

merryCHRISTIEmas · 09/12/2007 10:56

Oh brilliant news!! So glad little Daniel is ok.
Paed sounds fab!!

ElasticAnimal · 09/12/2007 11:36

camillathechicken · 09/12/2007 12:10

so glad little daniel is well

who wouldn;t panic with a tiny new born struggling to breathe? glad you were seen quickly

nappyaddict · 09/12/2007 12:20

i think you should complain about the out of hours doc. they said they'd call within the hour but they took more than 2 hours to ring you.

iris66 · 09/12/2007 12:23

JARM I'm so glad that Daniel's better.

becklesparkle · 09/12/2007 13:24

Glad Daniel had a good night JARM even if you didn't! Poor little man x

DanJARMouse · 09/12/2007 14:03

He seems a lot better this morning, im just a bit concerned he might not be getting enough in the way of BFing... he is struggling, but is still managing 5-10mins at the breast every hour and a half. Is that ok or should i be trying to hand express?
