Ambulance. Now. Please.

anorak · 08/12/2007 21:01

this happened to me when my DD2 was a tiny baby. I took her to hospital crying all the way and they put saline drops up her nose, cleared it immediately, she breathed fine after that. Please try not to worry, I know it's alarming but I'm sure they will sort it out really quickly for you.

Nemostwonderfultimeoftheyear · 08/12/2007 21:03

agree even if it is bronchilitis he will be looked after..although I may have just become blaise about these things now Am sure little d will be fine.

WhenScoobyGotStuckUpTheChimney · 08/12/2007 21:38

Hope everything is ok x

amytheearwaxbanisher · 08/12/2007 21:50

any news on little dan yet??

flowerysantassack · 08/12/2007 21:55

Hope he is doing ok. DS was really having difficulty breathing when he was tiny after a major choking fit and we phoned an ambulance. They said it was absolutely the right thing to do, and he was given priority when we got there - they were fantastic.

Really hope everything's all right.

Santasmissyontheside · 08/12/2007 22:39

hope that lo is ok and you are on way home.

OverRated · 08/12/2007 22:43

MrsJohnCuSackFullOfPresents · 08/12/2007 22:54

I hope he is OK and I am glad you went to A&E - best place for him right at the moment

tortoiseSHELL · 08/12/2007 22:54

Definitely call an ambulance. Hope he's ok.

If it's any comfort, ds2 had a couple of 'episodes' when he was a few days old, where he went a sort of 'dusky grey/blue/pink' colour, because he had a fair bit of mucus in his system, and sort of choked a bit on it, which affected his breathing for a short while. But he was absolutely fine.

Really hope he's ok, and you get the reassurance you need. x
