For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page.

You see Boco you think you are joking when you say those things, but actually . . .YES.

No not on the walls, just the floor. It is very nice, is french, and you can get it with curvy lines or rivets. Mine has rivets, but gentle bumps rather than the hard edge ones because othewise you can't clean them. Actually, I can't clean it because it needs special fluid that I haven't got. If TooT responds to my email I will have to go and pick all the dried toothpaste off the rivets. I am prepared to do this if she will overlook all cheese string wrappers and signs of loose materialistic living.

Dp has just said, "Don't know what's wrong with Lambert and Butler. There are worse fags."

Oh now I get it! You do T-shirt designing and stuff! [slow but thick emoticon]. Can we order things?

SauerKraut · 16/10/2007 09:51

Sorry, that was to Toot- just looked at distinctive car and remembered links in e-mail...

lionheart · 16/10/2007 09:52

for SK.

lionheart · 16/10/2007 09:52

Oh, I get it too now.

SauerKraut · 16/10/2007 09:53

And I would hide dd3 if I were hosting a meet up. She could drop a good few rude words beginning with "b"

TooTicky · 16/10/2007 09:53

Absolutely SK. It is dp's business. He specialises in mugs but also does T shirts, mousemats, jigsaws, etc, and is expanding into vinyl.

Thanks, LH, lol. Must take a lot of inventiveness to crotchet one of those!!

SauerKraut · 16/10/2007 09:55

Oh brilliant! Does he do hedgehogs? And Koala bears?

TooTicky · 16/10/2007 09:58

I am following a pattern SK.

And he doesn't actually print ON hedgehogs or koalas, but he can put them on things...

So a pink rubber floor with smooth bumps? Sounds like giant urticaria, or nipples, - getting more fetish by the moment.

I wasn't really joking about the gin and fags, seems like the most likely thing a person would want to hide. I used to hide marlborough lights behind the bin.

ahundredtimes · 16/10/2007 10:00

I shall put mine in a drawer I think.

TooT no email, I must do some work. Shall wait patiently, if I don't reply, re-send or something?

TooTicky · 16/10/2007 10:02

Am I in your spam folder?

How big is the dalek, TooT? I am trying to think of something worse than L&B and can't.

We really do need boot camp.

ahundredtimes · 16/10/2007 10:03

But do so shortly, because I have to go out briefly this morning. And as it happens I have to go to the butcher to get mince for ds2's shepherds pie tonight

SauerKraut · 16/10/2007 10:04

I should hope not, my mother would be horrified! She is in lurve with hedgehogs. I must investigate the website and get my arse in gear for Christmas. If you take orders from outside the UK!

MrsCarrot · 16/10/2007 10:05

Oh, mine LOVE shepherds pie, it's their favourite meal

MrsCarrot · 16/10/2007 10:06

I can bear it no longer, lovely BBeee texted me yesterday and it made me smile and I realise I am straining to stay off. I will try the coming on just a bit tactic.

lionheart · 16/10/2007 10:07

HEY HO.

Hello MRsC.

SauerKraut · 16/10/2007 10:07

Hello, MrsC! How are things going?

MrsCarrot · 16/10/2007 10:09

I have lurked on the sword convo. We don't do guns but I am quite partial to a sword. Sleeping Beauty would still be stuck in the thorns, no?

lionheart · 16/10/2007 10:09

You came just in time. We were discussing butchers, daleks, fags and fetishism

(with squirrels and hedgehogs forming a wholesome undercurrent).

MrsCarrot · 16/10/2007 10:09

Hello, SK and Lion.

TooTicky · 16/10/2007 10:09

100x, I have tried again.
