Hello, 3days 11 hours 34 min without a fag! Am so pleased! Especially as today I was with a smoking friend, had mad craving but resisted (thinking of my counter you see...). Have been eating far too many nuts though...

Also I am now on 2 weeks 40mins and 40 seconds, feels bloody marvelous. I found 2 lots of dps baccy, one dreggy amount and one quite large amount of dry stuff. I sniffed the big pack and then set it alight in a tin outside the back door at 7am this morning and the other lot is in the wheelie bin.
Im in a its sooo not worth it mood.

Well i dont know...but my god i hate talking to myself.
Am doing a clutter clearance here. Trying anyway, half a bedroom done, lot of paperwork sorted but still a bathroom to clean and a hall full of clutter to sort.
Think ive managed to piss my mum off as well. She wanted me to go back to hers after dropping Tanya at nursery but I said I needed to come back here to get this done before half term[last day today] because when theres 2 kids runing around getting out everything youve just put away you dont get much done.
So I tryed to compromise by saying ill come up at one and she brushed me off
If id have stayed up there this morning I would have only had an hour and a half here before having to go and get Tasha so there was no point...God...well its done now.
And at half term I will say Right im taking the kids to XYZ and she wont come....she will make an excuse not too, then she will make me feel guilty as ive hardly saw her as ive been busy doing things with the kids that she was invited to but didnt come to RAH RAH RAH.
isnt life complicated sometimes.

Would this be my fifth post one on top of the next! Anyway, as a compromise as my mum would wiggle out of any museum/park/soft play area visits I have got her to fill in a space in her diary for us to go to Maidstone for some pre-Xmas shopping on Friday and hopefully the kids will enjoy the day by ending it with a Macdonalds.
So one less thing for me to worry about.
Not smoking is now my way of life and even though I have been awake since 4.30am, starting my day watching the antiques roadshow, I have only had 5 lozenges, so may be brave and drop to the 1mgs on Sat/Sun.
