sorry! that last post was typed ages ago and i forgot to press the post button and only just saw it! it consumed me for another 10mins at which point dh had made me a cup of tea so had to go downstairs. am now on alien puzzle...bring on tomorrow!!

I think its a stooopid game to be playing when the stress could easily you into an ashtray, but ive had a bash tonight and level 11 is piss easy. Ask again if you need help.

yeah I loved judd as well, but a. mccarthy was THE ONE...

I feel about 107 yrs old discussing this!!

cc, I rang the shop and am posting back the boots - I know that, the first time I wore them, I'd trip and break my ankle or a dog would bite me or something. Also next time I went into the shop my face would be burning and my mouth would go all trembly.

Dh is m'well fan, think they're gonna get hammered dh not keen to take boys as he says there'll be lots of bad language - so what's the prob? They hear plenty of foul language right here, any day of the week.

After all dps ranting BTW at me this morning I was glad he didnt just read half a chapter and succeed it would have made me look a right twat...lol...I hope hes going to continue to read the book, while smoking, as your meant to and be free as a bird afterwards, armed with all Allens bullets for each occasion.

FG dp is a rangers fan...they are so crap the past few years...dponly mentions them when they have won and they are so crap they have almost been forgotten.

Hi, we had to go to a chinese celebration for friends' baby - they celebrate when they're a month old, so have been out for a while.

smoking-wise have been fine today! good news about dp CC!!! hopefully a.c. will eat at his brain and eventually get to him. perhaps you could play a cd all night and it will flow into his head subconsciously!!!

i'm afraid i have to bow out when it comes to football girls...used to love it years ago but then puberty hit and i became a typical woman

surely you're not talking about the director john huston fg?!!! he's ancient!!!!!

Bit of background: I started smoking at 14, gave up when pregnant with dd, stupidly started again once I stopped bf , gave up again last year with AC, and even more stupidly started again a few months ago. I want to give up though, especially as my dd doesn't like it (you smell bad mummy ) so will finish this packet and then THAT'S IT!

we're a funny old bunch, don't know if you've had the time or inclination to read through this thread...it's our 3rd, but at least we're still trying!

i smoked for roughly 10yrs from 18 and gave up when trying for ds1. unfortunately picked it up again a few months after ds2 was born which to my shame was probably 3/4 mths ago so one packet turned into a giving up nightmare!!

have been clean for 1 week now...we all actually managed a month once but then have all been up and down since

still, charliecat created this new thread and hopefully the title of it is true

feel fighting fit today as the sun is shining and the air is clear so i've opened all the windows in the house to fill my sort of clean lungs!

You can do it carla, you obviously want to as you have popped in to say hello before and have come back and it can't be for the chat since we talk absolute rubbish about football, andrew mccarthy and nits.

I think dps 2 hour attempt yesterday has reminded him that it is indeed a struggle that you have to fight and I think it might have put him off
I didnt say a word as he announced he was gonna have a fag as he had that look, the one I know so very well, the going to get a fag NO MATTER WHAT look in his eyes.
Hope he picks up A.C again though, I really do, I said before he did start, even if you read just a page a day it would educate your mind about smoking. Even if you dont stop it wont hurt to read the book...
I dont want to curse myself but I feel this is it this time. I bloody well hope so.

LOL, cursed myself, wrote that I thought this time was the one then procede to doubt my decision for the rest of the afternoon. Felt a bit on the edge after writing that, am trying to tell myself it doesnt matter how on the edge I feel as long as I dont smoke then it really doesnt matter, and as I have no intention of having a fag well then ill be ok.
My mind is doing that poxy thing..oerrr its been a while now...you could have just one..yeah piss off do you think im stupid...been down that line too many times
