For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

But is was meant affectionately. She doesn't say it to just anyone.

FrannyandZombie · 05/10/2007 11:41

sorry

now you see why I overuse emoticons. This sort of thing always happens. I am sorry, 100

FrannyandZombie · 05/10/2007 11:42

Idris!

There are no banana skins in 10/10, I have tidied. There has been plenty of spare time when they all sod off playing scrabble.

lionheart · 05/10/2007 11:43

Why don't you come over to the dark side MrsC?

MrsCarrot · 05/10/2007 11:43

Oh, yours I see. Well, put them in the bin, please.

ahundredtimes · 05/10/2007 11:44

Well, I am shocked to my core.

I have had a very exhausting morning making tea for that lady, and extending warmth and thoughts on continuum concepts, and just as I was introducing people and still smiling nicely and asking her if there was anything I could do for her - you pop up with your foul language.

Right, I am going into town now to buy things for ds1's birthday. My mother left a message two weeks ago 'am going to Canada and New York, buy the chidren's presents for me and forge my signature can you? I'll pay you when I get back.' She bought an extremely generous present for dd, and she's going to do again this morning. Hah. That'll show her. New York indeed.

FrannyandZombie · 05/10/2007 11:44

100 I love you. Think of the poetry. I don't have to write more poetry do I?

MrsCarrot · 05/10/2007 11:44
FrannyandZombie · 05/10/2007 11:45

oops cross posts

yes. Yes i did. Right in the middle of your scones and everything. I am going to go and sit in my room and think carefully about what I have done.

FrannyandZombie · 05/10/2007 11:46

If you HAD have been being sarky though, it would have been quite funny.

wouldn't it?

lionheart · 05/10/2007 11:47

What an extraordinary sentence structure you have there, Franny.

See, MrsC, how the scrabble helps us.

ahundredtimes · 05/10/2007 11:50

LOL.

Yes, it would.

I don't think I've ever done righteous indignation before. It's awful fun, I might take it up.

No, of course not offended. oh no, it'd take an awful lot more than that. But please don't feel the need to experiment.

FrannyandZombie · 05/10/2007 11:55

Oh dear, I think I just think people are laughing at me, most of the time apparently. You see, lionheart is doing it now.

FrannyandZombie · 05/10/2007 11:55

I blame dp. He is laughing at me, most of the time.

lionheart · 05/10/2007 11:57

No, no, Franny. Not laughing. Really not. I love it when a sentence like that works.

MrsCarrot · 05/10/2007 11:59
lionheart · 05/10/2007 12:01

What is the triangle for exactly? End of playtime?

FrannyandZombie · 05/10/2007 12:02

MrsC are you alright? Would you like a go on my tambourine? It's a new one, very nice.

Lionheart I am sure it was all wrong. I am shocking with things like that, especially as I studied English and claim to be highly literate.

MrsCarrot · 05/10/2007 12:02

No, only instrument I can play loudly to ignore calls to scarbble
