For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

TooTicky · 04/10/2007 22:55

Oh, dp has crisps! Albeit salsa flavour potato triangles with sugar and sweetener

But cheese sandwich, crisps, mango for ds1, banana for ds2, is that okay?

MrsCarrot · 04/10/2007 22:56

MrsCarrot · 04/10/2007 22:57

TooTicky · 04/10/2007 22:57

MrsCarrot · 04/10/2007 22:59

TooTicky · 04/10/2007 23:03

No wonder you went
Are your breasts okay now?

MrsCarrot · 04/10/2007 23:07

They are a lot better now thanks, has taken a while to get well this time though. I forget how much bf takes out of you some times and had been overdoing it.

What is the lunch verdict?

Boco · 04/10/2007 23:08

I don't like purple, it's the colour of depression. I'd hate a purple room more than any other colour. I don't like lilac or mauve.

I like turquoise very much, and green, but not together. I like orange but not too much. And cerise.

toot has no oven

ahundredtimes · 04/10/2007 23:13

And she has no hot water either Avi. It is desperate.

TooT if you lived where Avi lives, it wouldn't matter because well, you could bake your flapjacks on the stones during the day and relax in the natural hot springs by the mud flats with a view of the surf in the evening.

Sigh. WHERE do you live Avi?

TooTicky · 04/10/2007 23:16

I used to think that Avi lived in the really expensive bit of Poole (Sandbanks is it?) but for a while now I have had her on an island. Jersey maybe.

MrsCarrot · 04/10/2007 23:16

mind yer own beeswax, 100x, can't bear it when someone else is mysterious? Hmm? Hmmm??

Look I found a map Avi.

If you are thinking of buying I think you should buy some land on the west side of the island, there is something a bit creepy looking in the sea to the east.

Avi, do I take it that you are reluctant to tell me because you are worried that I am going to come there and stride about the place and ask boring questions about slings and Heing?

If I promise not to do this will you tell me?

We will have to use our MN names I think. Will be far too confusing otherwise.
