For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

BBEE and PSW both claim to be wearing the pink hat Boco, on your facebook page.

I then took my photograph off. I don't know why, it seemed mad to have a photo of me and not my name, and then I don't want to put my name on and and and.

So is BBee wearing not so much a hat as a pair of ears, well they look like a pair of ears? Next to a slide? I hope so.

AND PSW I have found you too. You look ravishing, and the hat was a good choice.

Have just got back from woods

7.5 miles cycling with the trailer + walk in the woods

Ds1 has been an ARSE. Because I wouldn't let him have a bowl of cereal 10 minutes before dinner he kicked the cupboard, then the oven, then me. So I waved a spatula at him and he threw some trousers at me. So I called him a stupid brat. And he stormed upstairs.
We seem to be friends again now but I feel sort of unpleasant inside.

Oh TT, how exhausting. We've all had one starry day (yesterday, apart from ds1 with the hitting teacher) and now everybody is grumpy and mad here.

FMF don't worry about this Facebook nonsense. I am not on it either (same reasons as you) and I think we need to not worry, it is just a phase and will all blow over. Just like this emailing malarkey.

the only person I can see on Boco's friends page wearing a pink hat is a small child. there is also a lady by a slide wearing a pair of pink ears.

i give up. Somewhere of facebook, at sometime, I have seen a picture of a lady in a shop wearing a pink hat. I have no idea where. This could have been either of you. That is good enough for me.
