For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

sadly I am a lithe and erotic goth freak nymph so our character will have to be that and be called guadalupe.

FrannyandZooey · 27/08/2007 00:10

(I'm not just lusting after them Boco - they are sitting in my hall)

No, I saw that BBee, and I decided not to comment on the fact that i got Anne and er, Jane was it?

Boco · 27/08/2007 00:10

....with your leather swimsuit and dog collar?

BBBee · 27/08/2007 00:11

apparently alistair campbell is on second life quite a lot - wearing a nappy.

BBBee · 27/08/2007 00:12

oh I thought you got all bloomsbury names.

FrannyandZooey · 27/08/2007 00:12

I haven't got any kind of swimsuit. It all goes a bit wrong if you take away my underwiring.

OP posts:
BBBee · 27/08/2007 00:12

(oh yes - is that what I was wearing when we met boco? must have been a tuesady)

ahundredtimes · 27/08/2007 00:13

Oh. I could have a Second Life affair with Campbell. You'd all have to look the other way while I'm doing this obviously.

He will NOT be wearing a nappy.

(I've never understood why men do that, on fun runs and things. It's not funny, it's horrid)

Boco · 27/08/2007 00:13

I thought you were called Anne 100x. It's a good name. It's sensible yet capable of great humour. If you're not called Anne, or maybe Anna, i'll be very confused.

FrannyandZooey · 27/08/2007 00:13

whose house are we in? I don't want to sleep in 100's house. There's a mouse there.

OP posts:
Boco · 27/08/2007 00:14

My house is a bit too small, and i have a friend staying who Won't Understand.

FrannyandZooey · 27/08/2007 00:15

Dp just cleared out the spare room (otherwise known as the slash den)

shall we be in there?

OP posts:
ahundredtimes · 27/08/2007 00:15

You know, I just don't see Anne as being a name capable of great humour.

Mind you, I don't think my RL name is either. Neither am I. I don't mind. Both my neighbours are called Anne.

No mouse yet Franny though. I have cleaned and cleaned my house. And we can go downstairs and sit on the sofa in the kitchen while I make us all cocoa.

BBBee · 27/08/2007 00:16

you can't come to mine - I have that room that no-one can go in and you will be scared.

BBBee · 27/08/2007 00:17

AM NOT GOING IN A SLASH DEN!

ahundredtimes · 27/08/2007 00:18

She wants us to admire the spare room. Perhaps we should. Is the bed big enough?

BBBee · 27/08/2007 00:19

What are you doing tomorrow?

I am going to my friend's house in the afternnon and she will make me do making things - like jams and jellies and stuff.

It is good for the soul.

Boco · 27/08/2007 00:20

Slash den? Sounds like you wee in it. I don't want that, it's unsavoury. As is BBBeees dhs dungeon with all the swords, i'd rather take my chances with the mouse.

ahundredtimes · 27/08/2007 00:20

also Franny re the 4th child - I have had babysick in my hair you know. I have honest. I haven't done slings though.

Boco · 27/08/2007 00:22

I am taking my friend to a rare breed farm to see the moairi [i don't know how to spell that] pigs, as she has some need to handle a piglet, as she's going through a break up and it's the kind of compulsion common in such situations and i'm trying to be supportive and organising pig handling trips.

ahundredtimes · 27/08/2007 00:22

I have a lot of bedrooms. This house used to be a B&B. There are no sinks in the bedrooms anymore though, or weird wallpaper I'm afraid.

You can have one each. We shall call to each other. We can have ear trumpets on rubber tubing and holler to one another.

FrannyandZooey · 27/08/2007 00:24

well if no-one is going to turn out the light, I am going to put one of those eye masks on and try to drop off

will someone read to me for a bit?

(NOT A Campbell)

OP posts:
BBBee · 27/08/2007 00:24

i would love that boco. If ever I have a bad time will seek out a piglet to hold.

dog look up to you
cats look down on you
and pigs look you straight in the eye

(a whilst they are doing that Alistair Campbell has a look down his nappy because no-one will notice)
