I have fairly small bosoms too. Cc's are HUGE! That's how she managed to fit in so many fags behind them, her lungs expanded outwards into the bosom flesh. And that's why lou and I have got breathing problems. No fleshy room for lung expansion.

Understand that this is gonna be hard but for the best.

Knowledge is Power. if you understand why your felling the way you do its easier to cope with.
Your addiciton to nicotine will tell you youve got to have a fag and any excuse will do, but the only way to stop smoking is by ignoring that voice, doing something else and not having that fag.
And that one you desire, never tastes that good and you always want another. So dont! Good luck. Hold on tight!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanx CC, that was the kick I really needed. Got Alan Carrs book, made loads of sense helped me quit 2 yrs ago for 8 months, recently got his little book of tips which I good, quit for a week or so months ago, but kept in my bag up until now in defiance I guess, will read it now. Just soaked the fags I have and binned them, will read whyquit.com and it's gonna be helpful with quitters and ex-smokers on this site.
