Plan A is train should get to Euston at 2pm but its always late i then have one of my OMG traffic,people,car fumes moment before taking my rural hat off and putting my big city one on.

My weekend tends to go along the lines of eating,drinking,walking(would Archway to Hyde Park impress you!) and an exhibition at The Royal Academy-oh goodness that sounds a bit posh eh.There is a Roden exhibition on that i MUST see.
Oh and get some more 34AA bras at M and S !!!!

Yup, sheepy, he does. Occasionally manages to get a Sunday afternoon free but only once in a blue moon. It's a bummer. No 'family time' around here. No 'free time' where I'm concerned either for that matter.

hello i'm still lurking, though back to old habits, it's so hard to change.

It is hard to change, SEA. But keep talking to us? Do you still want to quit or are you in that 'putting it off for later' mode?

Sometimes I'd love to smoke again! I haven't had a fag for 3 years now, and I didn't think I'd manage to stop. I've found the nicotine replacement stuff really useful sometimes - you can chomp through it and I've found that it has the same psychological effect as smoking except that I still don't smoke!

Feeling a wobble moment looming,girlfriend coming to stay on Saturday for 3 nights....i last saw her in May(at that time we were both smokers)she is still puffing,need to get out of the behind the bike shed fag in my brain.

Southeast-it is sooooooooooooo hard and thats what we are all here for to help each other get
through those ugh moments

4 days to yourself, wow, sheepy, I'm lucky if I get 4 hours! Hey, re. your friend, you know if you have a smoke now it's going to taste utterly totally revolting, hurt your chest, make you feel sick and light-headed and it'll take ages to take the taste away after? Not to mention how pissed off with yourself you'd feel.

I am going to rickmans dd/dses party tommorow and thats the extent of my half term festivitys. Have the hugest credit cards bill, am economising big time.

I had a really really really shite day today and at about 4pm thought, you know what, it could be worse, I could still be smoking as well.

Very low key plans for us too, cc. Very broke this month. So I'm hoping to see friends, just hang out and enjoy not having to get up at 7am.

I won't smoke now. It would be madness. This is the best I've managed for a very long time, I can't believe I'm here sometimes, I mean I can't believe I've 'done it'. This really truly would be my final attempt too, I can't go back. THIS IS IT.

What's really brilliant is that I don't think about fags at all at the moment, literally maybe only once or twice a week, which is a massive bonus because only a couple of weeks ago I was still craving a bit.
