Woke up this morning feeling as though i had smoked too many fags,nearly lost my voice

That might not be quit-related sheepish, I mysteriously lost my voice about this time last year for a week. It was so bizarre, just me squeeking around the place. Dd still liked me to sing her a lullaby at that time but she just dissolved into giggles whenever I tried.

I feel like a non-smoker.

Yep-i dont feeling like i am trying to give up anymore and its only been 1 month 22 days,but remember we will have weak moments to come because thats why we started again.

Notasheep.....my dps turning point was when i said, you have spent the whole of your adult life smoking yourself into the grave. And you spent 16 years not smoking and at 32 youve spent 16 years smoking.
