HI all, another day done and dusted. I think I thought about fags once, felt a big craving, then forgot all about it.

Very stressful day yesterday with dss birthday.
Dp was a pain in the arse(why are birthdays not sooooooo important for men?)
Had 2 huge bouts of tears and MASSIVE craving for a fag,thought i was going to be typing here that i had a fag,Well, i didnt and i am so glad i didnt

Rain,rain go away come again another day!

Well,everyone must be watching Cracker so i will talk to myself.
At dss do dp had 4 mates round and spent there entire time in back yard smoking and ignored ds-why couldnt they get down on their knees and play cars with his new garage for 5 minutes in play room
To be honest it was a shambles BUT at least ds was happy with his pressies,ballons and chocolate cake(home made!)

No Cracker for me. I've been absorbed in Jane Eyre, one of my all-time ever favourite novels, so I can't resist it.

At my friend's dd's 3rd party this summer, her dp was so smashed that he kept playing really hardcore rap during the pass the parcel and thinking it was hilarious. It was so bloody annoying. Even though it sounds a bit funny written down here.

Men. Don't get me started ...

been in touch with girlfriend in London so will let you know very soon.

Still feeling angry and stressed but sooooooo happy not to be smoking.

Why are men sooooooo clueless about their own health,dp has already had 2 fags this morning and has one of those kind of coughs that sounds like an old man who needs a good gob!
And you should see the colour of his bottom teeth stained by tobacco.
Bit of a dig at dp this morning

Meanwhile,fagless here and getting easier every day,and having another night out on Thursday

But on the subject of coughs though I'm really pissed off because I've had a horrible catarrhy cold which is giving me a nasty rattling cough. I only got to have a month or so of being cough-free and I'm back again sounding as like a smoker as ever! It does make me realise though how horrible it was to have that cough ALL THE TIME.

You're doing so great this time notasheep. Is this your best quit apart from the 3-year one ages ago?
