Hello!!!!!!!!!! Computer has been rather poorly.
At last dp has fixed it about one minute ago,so straight on here,is that sad?
No fags but have been having the odd oh i will just have a fag now! my brain must have been in such a huge habit.Dp cooked massive cooked breakfast on Sunday and then a OIWJHAF moment(get it)

But NO No fags and drinking alot less cold lager

What's the best thing to replace a fag with? I mean that faggy moment. What else works? I'm suffering a bit of loss.

BUT I am VERY VERY VERY glad that I'm nearly 6 weeks clear. I can't believe it in fact. And especially that it's really only 2 or 3 times a day now that I think about smoking and even then it's not that bad really. Are you still thinking about it nota?

The trick is not to replace it with anything when you have a have a fag moment
non smokers dont have to do anything.

Yes,still think about it like you two or three times a day but REMEMBER one day you will get into bed and suddenly think,OMG i havent thought about fags today

dps mate has just called round,he cant afford to smoke tailor mades any more,so hes turned up with a tobacco tin.
I have just sat at the kitchen table and instructed him on how to roll the perfect roll up-not to tight ,not too thin!!!!!!! and rolled it for him.I had a fag in my hand and NO TEMPTATION at all
He couldnt believe that i am off the fags-another very smug moment for me

That's incredibly impressive, notasheep! I'm not totally sure that I'd have resisted so well in that situation this week! I've been feeling quite run-down and the urge to smoke has been high. BUT I've resisted and it is 6 weeks tomorrow!!

Dd's birthday in a week-and-a-bit. Do you remember that thread you started once, cc, about keeping kids off school on their birthdays? And you nearly had your head chopped off for mentioning such blasphemy to the educational system? I'm so tempted to keep dd at home but as she's only there a couple of hours in the morning I'll probably send her in and then do all the presents later.

Are you having a little party for ds or is he a bit young? This year for dd (4) is the first time she's really been that bothered about a party. She's very shy socially so it's going to be a little one but it's quite exciting!
