Oh gawd, nas, dp's a bit of a cannabis casualty too. He's been trying to keep it under control this last month but I can tell it's on his mind a lot. How much does your dp smoke? Does he work?

I have beed driving today. Dps decided we will car share.
So he drove home from work, then we piled in the van, and then I drove home about a 30 min journey along a shitty tiny counrty road rat run.
And across a huge roadabout that I nearly got wiped out on
But made it home...just.

Its a hideous journey and not one anyone would choose as a first outing.

But Jeez, I'm so tired, so so so bloody tired. Dd's been really ill for a couple of weeks now with this cough. Last night for the first time, with all these bloody drugs she's now been given, she slept all night without coughing. But I didn't, I kept waking all the time trying to hear her breathe. In the end I went and got into her bed with her and that helped. And just now she's been coughing her chest raw since she went to bed ad 7.30, just now literally she's settled down. My nerves are frazzled.

AND there's a cigarette on the shelf in the asthray. I noticed it there 3 or 4 days ago, dp's left it for 'emergencies'. It's becoming like a real test for me. I've picked it up twice but always put it back.

Cc, she seemed better in general yesterday in the daytime but then took a turn for the worst in the evening. She's playing at a friend's house today and I'm going to spend a few hours catching up on some sleep and reading my novel. This couple of weeks has been exhausting, I haven't had a good night's sleep in such a long time.

But my relaxing afternoon hit the dust as friend called me to say dd too poorly and asking for me to come and get her ... She seems fine now though, in fact MUCH better, so I'm suspecting she was suffering one of her social inhibition problems and just wanted to come home.
