I'm Bella...

Have about 7lb's to lose before my BiG APPLE trip which is ooooh only a few days to go.

Have had quite a good day food wise, apart from the choc hob nob and glass of wine. No gym today as I am doing extra hours at work invigilating.

How the feck is everyone?

i'm not sure about chocolate philadelphia either. I have tried it but it's not quite right... I actually like the idea but not keen on the taste- very sickly. I gave it a go with several pots though, just to make sure

isn't MFP very Americanised or did I make that up?

I have eaten 2 wholemeal pittas with roasted veg and grilled pepper hummus so far today. Ate that at 10am so will probably have some fruit and yogurt at around 2 I think.

Have got the painters and decorators in < no, really!! > so am hiding upstairs while he paints the living room. best I keep out the way I suppose. Ive supplied him with chocolate bars

Bloody internet went down last night just after posting and has only just come back up!

I had to actually talk to DH Shock Grin

Chocolate Phili is disgusting and I am so glad otherwise I certainly wouldn't have remained the same for the past few months.

I've just realised that the dc's only have just over 4 weeks left as school until the holidays begin Shock They were off on Friday and yesterday as they were bank holidays here. Then they will be off Mon and Tues next week and then again a week later so in all they only have 20 days left at school Shock

Anyway food today;

Breakfast - A large bowl of watermelon and a cup of tea.
Lunch - Chicken soup and 1 slice of bread and a yogurt for pud.
Dinner - Tuna pasta bake and salad.
Evening snack - A small bowl of stawberries and ice cream or a sparkler lolly.

Lots of fruit in the house if I have the urge to eat anything else, so far so good though.

ive had a piece of ham for brekka (just to keep my metabolism going as im trying not to skip meals as that just makes you store fat right?)

and last nights left over chikcen and potatoes (no butter) for lunch, gammon and salad for tea

i downloaded MFP ages ago and dont like it

I also bought a cross trainer that i just keep looking at but im not tempted to get on it Hmm

Right I have joined MFP but only because the Lord doesn't go up to my weight Angry

I have inputted all my details and put all the food in for today and I am still left with 500 calories, which has made me quite happy as that means I can have a couple of bananas or grapes and sweet tea if I get a craving Grin

I have set it to lose 2lb a week (the most it will let you put) so lets see if it works for me.

Vinny, a cross trainer would be fab. Envy But there is no where to put one here. I have wii zumba. It's still in the packaging 6 wks later. Blush to go with the pilates dvd bought nearly 2 yrs ago that got opened, looked at and stored. And I am not allowed to diet. So I guess i am going to have to move more.

Has been a while and I have the same weight (2stone) to lose as I did when I first joined the thread. i can't even say it is a different 2 stone. Not lost not gained. metabolism is shot and still don't sleep.

You have all done so well with diets and stuff. nice to see you all back in one place.

Hey Bitchy - I did! Still havent plucked up the courage to actually coach though, although I am now a qualified level 1 coach and a qualified level 1 floor and vault judgeShock And... ahem... I have started trampolining. Only my second week, but I love it the pelvic floor however does not Blush

I have been keeping up to date with everyone via FB - just not posting much. Will try and make more of an effort!

well done on getting those coaching qualifications jet!

I have EA2 Wii sitting on the shelf untouched, I've never got round to doing it because it's got a heart rate monitor gadgety thing and I've never been arsed to set that up Blush. At the moment I am hooked on the exercise bike, as I can read and exercise at the same time.

Feeling a little peckish so have had another cup of tea and will have a banana in a mo if the hunger doesn't fade.

Aiming for dinner around 5.30ish so not long to hold out really.

I have been to Uni for a client visit today in a research part, seriously dishy bloke and I have decided I will now become a scientist. The atmosphere on the campus/researchy bit was fab.
Thing is, will a B in GCSE Chemistry be enough?? Grin

Food all good thus far, too sticky to eat much, fruit/veg juice for breakfast, salad for lunch, loads of water. Evenings are my undoing though.

Very impressed by your running DIB!

Lizzy, you don't have to be a scientist, there's bags of paper/admin with research these days, especially medical research these days, may be easer and cheaper to buy yourself a white coat Wink
