Have about 7lb's to lose before my BiG APPLE trip which is ooooh only a few days to go.

Have had quite a good day food wise, apart from the choc hob nob and glass of wine. No gym today as I am doing extra hours at work invigilating.

How the feck is everyone?

Right this is not good enough. Have been reading your lists of food and it has reminded me of a previously forgotten wedge of stilton in the fridge which I must attend to.
Have relatives staying so busier than usual. Just gave ds2 a bath so he is lying asleep on my knee with really fuzzy hair. Bitchy let us know how your review goes (if you want to).

Oh I can tell you now what the outcome of the review will be at days not eaten 3 meals and not stuck to meal timings at lack of fruit and veg. i suppose that is progress on the caffine intake and if i am very lucky a at weight loss. Although not hugely optomistic after the last few days of naughty food munching. It will be interesting to find out how much I now weigh as that was a rule. no scales between reviews. Tbh I dont see the point of the reviews but i guess it is a ticking boxes kinda thing and keeps the pressure up not to slip backwards.

DS up at stupid o'clock again this morning. 36+1 today, 6 more days till baby is issued with an eviction notice

I'm getting a sweep at 38+6 which is the day before DH's birthday. Today I have this aromatherapy clinic one of the midwives does, just happened to see the breastfeeding coordinator and she asked if I'd be interested.

Swimming with DS today, will be nice to take the weight off!

I have had snickers twice in the last 2 days. Stupidly been watching recorded episodes of One Born Every Minute and this woman had a Snickers bar--couldn't stop thinking about them after that!

DS is having a full brace fitted on his teeth. Has had the top done, and has to have 4 teeth removed and then will have the bottom one done. Apparently it is almost 'cool' not to have a brace. Who'd have thought!

We are going out tonight but I am going to (starting from today) write everything down that I eat and do the old weight watchers point system which used to work for me.

Err chocolate err well you see. Been a bad week diet wise. Actually apart from the insane exercise thing tuesday it has been a bad week.

My head hurts. I have a stroppy child littering up the place and generally causing a cacophany. My temper may just be a little frayed and it is not helping knowing there is a bag of chocolate in the car. Whisper bites none the less. I suspect they may soon cease to excist.

Have been to some friends for a pre-torch get together and then watched the Olympic Torch relay, was v exciting. I just like it when everyone is out waving flags and it's a lovely atmosphere. In reality it was just some bloke running past with a lit flame, but the bunting and cheering stirred me

We are having a football themed carpet picnic, French cheeses, pate and some Spanish tapas dishes. Guess who is playing tonight??

I had a quiet night in. I nearly went to some live bands in the village but am afraid I could hear them slaughtering cover versions mostly so stayed in and ordered Pizza and Ice Cream and made a huge pot of Tea! Rock and Roll

Do you get the option not to hear the mittz? We have tribute bands thingy coming up and going by past history there will be no escape even with the tv on and doors/windows shut. The songs are often murdered. One of these years i will think ahead and make sure that i am away from the village that weekend. Not being miserable really is that bad!

No, it was still audible till late, and surprisingly I think a decent band was on much later Bitchy. By which time I was in my PJ's and surrounded by woolly things.

Yep sun was shinning on the other side of the hills. Sheffield was a whole 10C warmer then us today. It has been a day of many miles again. I am shattered and want my bed. Am just about to break it to ds that bedtime will be a whole hour early today.

We sort of have 1 name that we're not 100% on, but it's the only one we've got! Going to wait till he comes out and make sure it suits him, that he 'looks like x'. This is the trouble when you really like your first DS's name, think it's hard to come up with anything you like just as much!

I am fed up and my back hurts, but really really low down. And I've gone a bit weepy. Really hope that means something!

Surprisingly sunny day here today, had lunch sitting outside which was a rare treat. Ds1 poorly though, feeling guilty but I do hope he'll be well enough for nursery on Wed!

Evening all. Sitting in bed eating porridge. My gym (and general sanity) plans have had setback as blooming section wound hasn't entirely healed, and is still sore. Back to the nurse tomorrow to have it looked at/poked at a bit more. Hope y'all have good weeks planned. It is start of school holidays here.
