MMR again!! Baby Leo had Singles!!

Anyone else catch the paper headlines on TV this morning. Allegedly a Doctor has told them that baby Leo had the single jabs. If this is true I feel a little decieved.

I'd always make my own choice anyway but for Tony to say quite categorically that it's safe then go for the other option.......hmmmm

On the visceral homepage Wakefield says one of the main questions is as follows:

"what factors might make a particular subset of children susceptible to an adverse reaction to MMR, when for the majority it appears safe?"

Notice subset; majority safe. ie the Japanese paper (and studys like it) don't even attempt to answer the question.

Tony Blair is suprise suprise a huge hypocrite. What's best for everyone else's kids is not what's best for his.

Thus he gets his kids into a top state school (through the normal admissions procedure? yeah right!) and chauffeurs them miles across London to attend.

Thus it is clearly better for Leo if other kids have MMR but if Leo doesn't himself. This saves the government money - MMR is cheap - and Leo is at less risk if the general population is immune. If there are a few casualties of MMR, who cares so long as it's not Leo.

It's best for Blair if he awards himself a great pension and other people have crap ones.
