SantaIsAnAnagramOfSatan · 28/12/2010 10:14

maybe it's vulgar like ketchup dubs Grin

SantaIsAnAnagramOfSatan · 28/12/2010 10:16

i really put my foot down this christmas that ds was not well, he was off his food and that was fine and we were not going to obsess about it or let it dominate mealtimes and i knew what i was doing.

very politely but a firm but the fuck out of my son's eating. i am his mother, i'm not going to starve him but i have decided not to fuss and stress over food and hassle the boy.

somehow it worked, if anyone started up i'd nip it in the bud.

TheMousefaceBeforeChristMouse · 28/12/2010 10:20

Morning, tis me, Mouseface.

Brian - Ketchup is really high in salt and sugar. Switch to the reduced version for that side of it.

Is it rude - yes to certain people it is. It's a burger/sausage/bacon sauce not for a luxury meal like a roast Hmm

BUT - if DD1 will eat what is put in front of her simply by adding a dolop of ketchup then everyone should STFU and leave her be.

Just because they don't let their children do it doesn't make it wrong. Chances are that they weren't ever allowed ketchup with 'every meal' so they have been brainwashed into it being wrong.

Big fat bollocks. Give it to her. xx

Satan - sorry you are poorly. Please look after yourself. xx

Dubs - have a great day at the shops and lunch xx

Morning TC and Blitz.

DH came to bed at 12.30. FFS. I was up all nigh with Nemo and he pulled his tube out so I've had to be the bad guy AGAIN this morning after a hellish night as a lone parent.

AGAIN!

Wearing thin.

nothing so far today.

i did weigh myself though. 10 and a half stone Blush need a plan - plan so far is wii fit and wii dance every day.

TheMousefaceBeforeChristMouse · 28/12/2010 12:08

I weighed myself too - 10.4. My plan is to dramtically cut my carbs post New Year and cheese intake.

I am a carb and cheese addict! they are like crack to me. Need to reassess my diet.

Plus if my physio can get my legs working, I can start to exercise again and give Jillian another run out! Xmas Grin

Morning Afternoon.

I have spent the morning playing nicely with my children. What's going on?

BlitzenAndCupidsSleighDodger · 28/12/2010 12:55

I have a pact with the scales that we will not meet until the new year. DH has lost half a stone. Bastard. Xmas Grin

TheMousefaceBeforeChristMouse · 28/12/2010 13:10

Is that because he's been ill Blitz? Agree - bastard! Xmas Grin

Maybe we will should all get a dose of what he had.

OP posts:
BlitzenAndCupidsSleighDodger · 28/12/2010 13:18

He's eaten a tin of tuna and two tins of soup since Thursday.

And now he wants more tinned soup despite me having a frezzer full of home made soup.

TheMousefaceBeforeChristMouse · 28/12/2010 13:34

I'd have homemade if I had any. Although I do love a tin of Heinz tomato.

OP posts:
TheMousefaceBeforeChristMouse · 28/12/2010 16:02

Chicken curry here tonight, homemade of course by DH. Yum!

May have a shandy or too to go with, and he's made garlic and corriander naans. I'm hungry again now!

Gah!

OP posts:
BlitzenAndCupidsSleighDodger · 28/12/2010 16:09

Heinz Tomato is definitely the exception.

Turkey curry is being abandoned, no-one has any appetite.

And DD is sporting a black eye. Lovely.

SantaIsAnAnagramOfSatan · 28/12/2010 16:25

you better clear that one up blitz before a lurker reports you to ss Smile

i might try that pot noodle soon. feel like i could maybe eat something now i've lined my stomach with fauxleys.

TheMousefaceBeforeChristMouse · 28/12/2010 16:31

Oh Blitz, is she okay? What did she walk in to bless her.
