does anyone else use iplayer online?

lately it is rubbish, problems with streaming and a nightmare to watch anything. never used to be. just wondering if it's just me.

BlitzenAndCupidsSleighDodger · 28/12/2010 17:05

DS seems loads better, but they are both still under the weather. I am just giving them loads of liquids.

No idea about iplayer saf.

Right, quick ciggy then I need to get ready for work.

TheMousefaceBeforeChristMouse · 28/12/2010 17:18

DD watches iPlayer, noy said anything about it being bad but with our tinternet dropping, fecking thing, she can't watch anything.

it's your fault for mentioning eastenders. have left it alone awhile now watching it on catch up.

have had some lovely cuddles with my boy who still won't really eat but is so much brighter.

quick bath then cuddles and story reading and an earlier night for him hopefully so i can wrap up and sweat out some more of this fever in peace.

i think port might help the process Smile

suppose i better go back to saf soon.

Mouseface · 28/12/2010 18:23

I have just spent ages on the phone to BT and basically told them that I REFUSE to pay for a service that does not fucking work!

Get it fixed or I will kick off big time.

Or words to that affect! Grrrrrrrrr!!

Saf - I watched all of EastEnders including last night and blubbed so much! Have you seen last night's yet? It's awful but predictable. Sad

Port is good, calms the tummy too. Sorry DS is still suffering and you! xxx

Mouseface · 28/12/2010 18:24

Oh and I name changed back too!! Xmas Grin

Spooky!

SantaIsAnAnagramOfSatan · 28/12/2010 20:26

he's not really suffering, just hasn't got his appetite back yet. his knees and ribs are looking a bit big for his body Smile

ds is sleeping, i'm tucked up on sofa with a glass of wine and a cat watching eastenders. up to christmas day so far mouse.

so blitz at work, tc on an mn cutback, what's everyone else doing?

Mouseface · 28/12/2010 20:34

I'm here and stuffed with curry and naan bread!

Had a shandy with it too.... no wine here tonight.

I may have an early night and a sleeper.

When I say early, I mean before 11.30! Nemo allowing.

Have you eaten yet Saf?

Mouseface · 28/12/2010 20:35

Sorry - 'Satan' you are still him I see Xmas Grin

SantaIsAnAnagramOfSatan · 28/12/2010 20:43

yes. not quite ready to give him up Sad

maybe tomorrow.

now of course the littlest hobo is playing in my head.

does it really have to be four hours? fever sweats are a nightmare. hate taking ibuprofen as it hurts my stomach.

Mouseface · 28/12/2010 20:52

Officially, yes. If I were suffering like you, I'd go 3.5 hours but NO less. Paracetamol damages the kidneys in continuous or 'over' doses.

SilverSky · 28/12/2010 21:03

Hallo! Pls may I join?? Need to shift my lard arse two extra stone of baby weight.

Once the NY has been and gone it's diet city.

Gonna see if I can pick up some willpower in the Sales.......

Mouseface · 28/12/2010 21:14

Hey Silver

Of course you can. We're not doing so great at the mo but come NY, it's kick ass time!

Xmas Smile
SilverSky · 28/12/2010 21:24

Sounds like my kinda plan mouseface.

I am going to enjoy all the Christmas naughties then come NY thou shall alt be banished.

Mouseface · 28/12/2010 21:29

Indeed Silver!!!

Kick ass time! How much do you think you need/want to lose if that's not too personal?

I need to shift a good half stone at present, that could go up after this weekend! Xmas Grin

Mouseface · 28/12/2010 21:45

BTW Silver - how old is your baby?

[nosy]

Just wondered if you should be 'pushing' yourself as such if your DC is only new! Xmas Smile

Mouseface · 28/12/2010 21:51

Off to watch sone tv and then bed.

Night night all. xx

Mouseface · 28/12/2010 21:51

'some'

SantaIsAnAnagramOfSatan · 28/12/2010 22:08

oh god you were right. just wept my way through the christmas day one mouse Blush

you back yet blitzen?

SilverSky · 28/12/2010 22:18

Ds is 8wks and I am bf'ing. As none of my pre-Ds clothes fit and my maternity clothes look awful and I still look pregnant I must shift this two stone.

I am not planning on crash dieting but instead cutting out all the lush enjoyable naughty fatty/sugary foods.

BlitzenAndCupidsSleighDodger · 28/12/2010 22:47

Hello, I am back.

Silver - hello and welcome Xmas Smile

I have only very recently lost my baby weight and DD is two next week! Take it slowly and it will stay off.

Work was fab, I got to talk to adults! Xmas Grin

And it was really quiet so I got to catch up on about 3 weeks worth of paperwork.

SantaIsAnAnagramOfSatan · 28/12/2010 23:09

hopefully you weren't too socially inapropriate as you'd had the chance to verbally vomit the worst of it onto me Wink

yay for paperwork catch up.

hi silver - 8 weeks is nothing. i'd focus on survival and sleep for now if i was you Smile buy some cheapo basic items in your inbetween size so you're comfy. the weight will come off.

BlitzenAndCupidsSleighDodger · 28/12/2010 23:11

My FB is broken.

I was acting like I was on speed, I'm sure.
