lately it is rubbish, problems with streaming and a nightmare to watch anything. never used to be. just wondering if it's just me.

Officially, yes. If I were suffering like you, I'd go 3.5 hours but NO less. Paracetamol damages the kidneys in continuous or 'over' doses.

Ds is 8wks and I am bf'ing. As none of my pre-Ds clothes fit and my maternity clothes look awful and I still look pregnant I must shift this two stone.

I am not planning on crash dieting but instead cutting out all the lush enjoyable naughty fatty/sugary foods.

I have only very recently lost my baby weight and DD is two next week! Take it slowly and it will stay off.

Work was fab, I got to talk to adults!

And it was really quiet so I got to catch up on about 3 weeks worth of paperwork.

hi silver - 8 weeks is nothing. i'd focus on survival and sleep for now if i was you buy some cheapo basic items in your inbetween size so you're comfy. the weight will come off.
