Of God Dubs. You MUST get onto the fecking people who deal with your heating tomorrow!

I know they'll be busy but you have children, sick children at that. They need heat and you need water.

Do you very best wailing mother at them down the phone and demand they come out!

I'm guessing you have an air leak somewhere in the system too if you keep letting a lot of air out.

You really need to go to your MP then Bubs. It was like that where I used to live. Bloody Housing Association took forever to do anything.

'Different department for that love' was their usual response to more than one request.

Spent days calling the right department.

Do you have any red wine - antioxidents.

Or a sherry/brandy/port to warm the soul?

OP posts:
TheMousefaceBeforeChristMouse · 27/12/2010 20:44

Dubs - bleed your rads as soon as they are cold, turn your thermo off, and once all the rads are done, turn the boiler/range up to high, plus all the rads and turn the system on again.

Hopefully, that shuold help until you can get a plumber out.
