Welcome to the LIGHTer threads. We are a part time healthy eating thread and on ocassion, we are the WHETE (Worst Healthy Eating Thread Ever)!!

Hopefully, we'll get back on track in the New Year but for now, most of us are trying not to put any more weight on.

I've managed to put over half a stone on in 5 weeks! Argh!

ds has gone off for sunday cult activities with aunty and his cousins. hope the boy is resilient to indoctrination.

gives me a couple of hours of peace in exchange for the corrosion of my sons rationality.

wonder if he could speak up without causing a rift brian, like counter it somehow each and every time like by telling you you're not fat or he thinks you're fine as you are or whatever. not having a go at them but modelling for them what niceness looks like!

Just got up from doing the night shift with a poorly Nemo. DH is still ill too. DD is better so I'm hoping she stays that way.

Bubs - I dreant of you last night we were shopping and having a really nice time. No idea where the rest of you feckers where!!

Oh and I got into the police force last night, arms and weapons division. I did apply years ago but never followed it up.

Satan - I was so cold last night that I got up and put 2 pairs of socks on, a jumper and my dressing gown on, then got back in with Nemo who had a raging temp!! It's -2 here!

It's beginning to look alot like Christmas

I am feeling VERY festive

-4 here when ds got dropped back. don't know what it is now. safe to say it's cold! we have ice rather than snow.

mittz - go get him. there's only one side you need to be on. you don't need to mediate a grown man bullying a child, ex is not yours anymore, ds is and needs you on his side i'm thinking.

off out to my sister's for lunch in a while but i have a really upset tummy again

i tried to call bitter and my phone conked out. why is keeping a phone charged so difficult for me?

my bed is the sofa at the minute ham.

i have a lovely double bed upstairs but for some reason i'm averse to sleeping up there at the minute. one more quirk for the hatstand.

think i'm just rundown so everything is going wrong body wise.

i have ibs but in recent years only when other stuff goes wrong iyswim. can be fine for months at a time then goes to pot again.

just too many bugs in a row and i'm not good in the winter months - had all different dx's for my health stuff at the minute i like the label 'fucked up!'
