Well, I'm just here for the banter and a chance to talk bollox, and we also do weight loss, WATER drinking (I'm the 'ficcial water monitor, and I have a badge), and heart to hearts..

I am the Mittz(not Mitts), I need to lose about 10lb, but get my head straight in the process..

I am sure one of my lovely companions will be along shortly......

I am now posting from my new laptop. Wey Hey!!!!

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 30/07/2010 21:38

Hello, Pot? It's Kettle. Just wanted to say - 'You're Black'.

It was the first insult that came to mind. Would you prefer: You are a Boot-Faced idiot with the morals of a politician?

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 30/07/2010 21:41

£303!!

That's almost half of crispy's new lappy!

TotalChaos · 30/07/2010 21:43

thanks for the support ladies. don't want to post on MN about it, it's too public.

dont even know what we bought either. some fairy cakes for dd, a few packs of meat, the rice mountain of the world, nothing exciting.

i spent nearly £300 the other day on a hair laser removal thing from boots, havent tried it yet but will report back if it works.

tc - you could change some details and post? sorry you're not having a good time.

Mouseface · 30/07/2010 22:04

Double - I was like that last night!!!

I well over ate!

Fluffs - I could easy spend a bomb in there. I loved their chicken wrap things, in the cafe. And the slices of pizza.

Good old Costco.

wastingaway · 30/07/2010 22:05

Hello!

Welcome back Bitter! I love that you cooked cous cous at Butlins.

Fluffy, chin up. sounds like fucking hard work.

Woo for Crispy's new laptop!

Double, like the poem, nice and angry-making.

MIL put DS to bed, just to test, ie reassure me, that there'll be no problem when we go out.

I did good talking to Mums at Children's centre today too. Still second guessing myself and wobbly, but getting there.

My bits are awesome.

Mouseface · 30/07/2010 22:10

Wasting!!! Yay!!

Your bits are awesome, I'm sure!!

Well done for today, and the Children's Centre.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 30/07/2010 22:10

Hey Wasting. Yes, I cooked cous cous at Butlins - do you think they would have kicked me out if they had found out?

Yay for awesome bits and talking to Mums.

Thank you!

I do fancy going to Butlins again, though I get a little when I think about it due to the extreme viral illness DS and DN were suffering, the consequent lack of sleep and disturbing Chuck Pahlanuick novel I was reading.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 30/07/2010 22:43

Double, you still up then? I thought everyone had gone to bed. I am half watching BB but have missed too much to know what's going on.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 30/07/2010 22:45

Oh, wasting, which book was it? I thought 'choke' was really

Mouseface · 30/07/2010 22:46
wastingaway · 30/07/2010 22:50

It was Diary, not read others apart from Fight Club.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 30/07/2010 22:50

Hey Mousie - We still good enough for you then?

Any luck with the hospital and the video of DS?

FluffyCut · 30/07/2010 22:51

no vomiting yet - yay!!!

wasting - excellent, its really good when you push yourself and survive if you see what i mean.

can someone please validate that 'bad science' is a little hard work, please? ok fine im just thick.

mmmm cous cous and feta. speaking of which i think a large part of the £303 was a humongous block of feta dp put in, excellent

Choke was weird.

I read it years ago. The basic premise was this guy used to pretend to choke in restaurants. He figured that people who thought they had saved his life would feel some responsibility for him so tried to fleece them for money.
