I am the Mittz(not Mitts), I need to lose about 10lb, but get my head straight in the process..

That's a point, I will be doing lots of swimming, self catering too, so if I balance out the cheese with lots of light salady lunches, we might be ok! Obviously the sun will shine every day so it'll be too hot to eat heavily

Strike my earlier post. DS is awake and sobbing because he wants his Bear. Said bear is in the washing machine after DS wet the bed last night. Bear did not smell pretty.

He's on a quickwash so should be clean and tumbled in an hour.

Saf - swimming is over rated. DD absolutely howled and clung on like a limpet when we tried to take her. DH and I had to take it in turns to take DS after that.

But I'm not a huge fan of water so maybe she gets it from me.
