iggi999 · 20/07/2010 23:07

How'd that happen? Home tomorrow. Will spend a few hours reading thread!

Have been to Balamory, bet that makes you (not very) jealous. Strangely DP and I much more excited than DS.

DreamsInBinary · 20/07/2010 23:12

So, what was the story, Iggi?

wastingaway · 20/07/2010 23:13

Right you lovely lot, I'm off to bed.

Will someone clear my legs away before someone else trips over them?

Night, Bitter.

Did you go SAF?

YanknCock · 20/07/2010 23:34

Um....hi, remember me?

RL taking over for the moment but the weight loss continues. Last weigh in was 16 1.6 (1st 9.4lbs gone). I would like to be below 16 stone for my birthday which is in 10 days, ackkkkk....

Had my gym induction on the weekend, went to gym tonight but was kept late at work by stupid boss so didn't get a very long session in. Oh well, at least I went.

DH is watching some programme about Aussie ladettes going to finishing school. Weirdo.

GP upped the ADs to double the dose, hopefully that will keep me even with the shitstorm that is life at the moment. I've applied for two jobs and found a PhD to apply for. Trills, I might ask for some help on a statement. Lizzy, Vinny, I've not forgotten about sending you my CV, I will do that right now!

Alice, how's things? Iggi?

wastingaway · 20/07/2010 23:37

Yaaaaaaaannnnnnkkkkkkk!!!!!!

I'm not here, I'm fast asleep in bed.

Saf - how was the induction lovely?

Yank - fab fab fab to see you.

DreamsInBinary · 20/07/2010 23:41

How could we forget, Yank

Nice work on the weight loss and the gym. You can def get to your goal in ten days, I reckon, which then allows you to drink gallons on your birthday, right?

DreamsInBinary · 20/07/2010 23:45

Night lovely ones, am hobbling to bed.

All sounds really positive Saf.

YanknCock · 20/07/2010 23:49

DIB, we are going to a wedding reception on my birthday, but with the money situation we can't really afford cabs so I will probably end up being the designated driver so DH can have a few with his friends. We have to go back to sleep at the PIL's house on the air mattress, never a good place to be hung over.

I really know how to have a good time on my birthday. Ah well, it's not a particularly special one or anything. Most of the day will be spent driving down to London!

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 20/07/2010 23:51

Yes, must go to bed. DS has his sports day tomorrow and I have organizey things to do.

Although my parents babysat this evening, so my house is now cleaner than when I left for work.

At least you have a career (in the loosest sense ) Saf. I never got that far.

I understand it's scary, though you do fake confident very well.

(Takes one to know one.)
