Sorry i have mia so much, been a tough few days, meds have been increased, and i think they are beginning to work Managed to get mini to nursery this morning, and then did a 60 min round trip walk to collect parcels from post office. Think the friggin horrendous wind definitly blew the cobwebs away Have ate properly for the past 2 days now, and am all meal planned up till the end of next week (thanks Bella, Lizzy and Hells)

Am hoping to be back on here regularly, but it may take me a couple of days to catch up.

Back from swimming with my mate, had a right laugh, and have had lunch. Now uploading a competition entry to Youtube (taking hours!) and just relaxing for a bit.

My poor mum has had a tooth out at the dentist so is dribbling like a teething 10 month old (or however old babies are when they start teething!). I've been talking about going away for my birthday weekend with my 2 mates, we have a lovely idea of shopping, hotel then spa day, with champagne and strawberries and cream while sitting in a hot tub Heaven!

Saf, the trick is to cook the rice then use the heat of the rice to cook the egg. And keep stirring or you'll end up with rice omlette.
