Yes it was very embarrassing being in tears at work about someone I have never met refusing to post on an internet board. Very difficult to explain, I had to say my hamster had died, but everyone rememebered that I don't actually have a hamster and then it was even more embarrassing.

Here's something to bear in mind when needing distracting from food.

Dad worked at the grocers as a young boy (50s/60s) and they sliced the ham fresh. Every morning, the mouldy/maggoty cut end would be sliced off and chucked away, et voila! fresh ham!
