I've just done ds1's for tomorrow and he's got a cheese sandwich (smoked Applewood - he's got good taste !), a Spiderman Frube , a carton drink, a small chocolate bar and will have an apple cut up into pieces.

Thisisascareyplaice · 08/10/2007 21:16

mine also like cold pasta or rice, in a nice sauce obviously.. if it is not all eaten the night before

marymoocow · 08/10/2007 21:17

Peeled carrot

Tomorrow he will have

somersetmum · 08/10/2007 21:17

Jacanne · 08/10/2007 21:18

A bagel with cream cheese, ham and cucumber, a fairy cake, some strawberries and orange juice.

tangarine · 08/10/2007 21:18

In ds2's lunchbox (Year 1)...

Carton of apple juice
ham roll
bag of crisps
school bar
box of raisins
frube yoghurt

The crisps came home uneaten.

ds takes the same everyday. He doesn't like cheese or marmite, and I refuse to give him jam sandwiches (which all his friends allegedly have ).

Fireflyfairy2 · 08/10/2007 21:18

2 slices of Hovis granary bread filled with tuna.

Apple, plum, a corner yoghurt for kids with chocolate balls & a mandarin.

Bottled water.

Toothyboy · 08/10/2007 21:19

Today ds1 had

a wrap
6 cocktail sausages
cherry tomatoes
red pepper sticks
cucumber sticks
a chopped kiwi
carton of apple juice

Tomorrow he's got

ham sandwiches (star shaped - the only way he'll eat sandwiches )
cherry toms
pepper sticks
cucumber
a plum
apple juice

ChippyMinton · 08/10/2007 21:19

marmite on wholemeal roll
fromage frais frube thing
humzinger fruit bar
raisins
apple
flapjack
carton of juice or milkshake

dinny · 08/10/2007 21:20

dotty, how do you chop the apple without it going brown?

I saw a great tupperware box today - had 3 little compartments within it - Lakeland? or anywhere nearer?

God, how sad am I?

for the record - dd's packed lunch this am was:

tuna and cucumber sandwich on linseed bread
bottle Buxton
chopped carrots
few grapes
half pkt those French Fries crips in little bag

boring!

BlueCornflower · 08/10/2007 21:20

Cucumber sandwich (!)
Baby Bear meat - on its own (!)
Baby Bel cheese - opened but not eaten - sigh
4 Organix animal biscuits
Pot of grapes
Water bottle

The other night DD (aged nearly 4) woke up screaming in her sleep "I want to make my own packed lunch". "Yes, you can do it tomorrow". "But I want to do it yesterday". "But you DID do it yesterday..."

BettyBatShapedSpaghetti · 08/10/2007 21:22

Chicken, lettuce and mayo roll
home-made choc chip cookie
melon (not a whole one obviously )
water

oh, and some cheese and biscuits for an afternoon snack as she stayed on for an after-school club

Pelvicfloorlotsofgore · 08/10/2007 21:23

Ham salad sandwich on wholemeal bread
2 plums
1 banana
Fruit shoot

Bag of low fat crisps
