I made this yesterday, for the second time, for a meeting I hosted this morning. My guests ate the whole blummin' plateful, burbling through crumb encrusted lips about how delicious it was.

Wish me luck - I'm not a 'baker' (cook lots but don't bake much). I'm about to attempt this as a practice session for baking some for the school fete on Sat.

Just one tip, if you like really lemony cake, add more juice to the cake than it says in the recipe, I found I could have done with adding a lot more
