Having it tonight. Lovely with nutmeg and mustard in the cheese sauce, breadcrumbs on top, fresh spinach salad and crusty bread on the side. Delish.

Oh I wanted ro ask -when I make it and take it out of the oven- the lovely cheese sauce that I have made is ruined by the excess water in the cauliflowers and it's all runny and curdled looking. how do you stop that. You don't put the cauli in raw do you?

boil till al dente, then drain. pour sauce over and bake ! then grill it to make it crispy....
