Current buns with butter and cheese inside

Man so many of mine are also cheese related....
love rich fruit cake with cheese
currant buns with loads of butter and cheese (as already mentioned)
fried egg sandwich with (loads of butter, melts and runs mmmmm...) with chilli sauce and cheese
chip sandwich ....as above...
I also really love salad cream on almost everything, (except chip shop chips) oven chips, lasagne, pizza, pasta bakes, salad (obviously!!),
But my really big weakness at the moment is olives.... I buy a huge family size jar of pimento stuffed ones most weeks, tip the brine away and fill the jar with really good olive oil, split bird eye chillis and bruised garlic cloves. The olives absorb all the flavours and are totally fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!! Gorgeous just on a plate with some nice bread to mop up the oil, or with hummous and pitta or oatcakes, or basically with just about everything. yumyumyumyumyum..................
