LadyCodofCOdford · 01/06/2006 20:33

ok am on fast fish tonight

ggglimpopo · 01/06/2006 20:36

Had racasse fillets tonight - drizzle olive oil in oven proof dish, add herbs de provence and salt and pepper, put fillets on top then drizzle again with olive oil, herbs and salt and black pepper and good squeeze of half a lemon. Hot oven for ten minutes. Served it with rice and veg. Could use any white fish for this.

LadyCodofCOdford · 01/06/2006 20:36

whats racasse
like that idea

ggglimpopo · 01/06/2006 20:51

Racasse is the fish used in boulliabaisse (bad spelling). Have never seen it for sale before as fillets. Could use any thinnish fillets of white fish.

nowanearlyNicemum · 11/06/2006 18:41

if you're still doing fish, Cod, I made really good salmon yesterday (thanks to JO once again). Simply oven baked with tomatoes, green beans, olives and anchovies. Went down well with all :)

popsycal · 11/06/2006 18:57

what was fast fish like
