carbs good though

today have had

  1. porridge
  2. baked potato with beans and 1oz cheese
  3. rice and vegetable curry (no fat but potatoes in it)
  4. smidgen of DD's toasted tuna melt sandwich
  5. apples

This no carbs thing is b*llocks though. Carbs fill you up, they give you energy, they contain fibre. You need carbs.

what do you suggest - toastmuncher?!

NO bread today so far... had frosties for breakfast instead.

Also went to bed at 11pm Shock and slept til 7am - woke fresh and full of life - makes a change! Even had a shower this morning instead of a bath at night!

I CAN DO THIS.....
