what was it that you ate that put on so much wiehgt

for me whn i was 11 stone ansd 7 lbs it was drink and night snacks

c hips after hte pub or currys ( was a student) and also 4pm toast

as soon as I cut out bread I lose weight, as other posters have said. With me the real killer is wine....can't do without it!! might try cod's idea of having it after the meal though.
having children has really changed my body - pre dds I was very active, gym/swimming 4-5 times a week etc and I was around 8stone 4. Now over 9 stone which I HATE!!!! am losing it but v. slowly!

Getting married - 3 stone weight gain in a year Shock Blush Took nearly as long to lose it again :(

Why? Started drinking wine at home with meals, and had lots of meals out and meals made with jars at home.

Also worked in an office with office juniors who did toast runs (can you believe we used to pay 50p for the cafe next door to make it!), a Starbucks run (that really nice creamy cold drink in the largest size cremochino or something?), M&S runs for lunch and constantly made cups of tea and coffee which I take with sugar.

Started SWld in the September when DH started working away from home and lost 3.5 stone by the June, then promptly got pg!

Couldn't believe how many ww points that combo adds up to.

I lost lots of weight through vomiting well into second trimester of pregnancy. Will no doubt pack it back on when sit breastfeeding with bags of funsize choc bars...

Mine was alcohol and then lots of food to mop up the alcohol. Lost most of it when I gave up drinking, and the rest plus a bit more with breastfeeding.
