Bowl of shreddies

Mcdonalds chilli chicken deli sandwich with fries of course(no juice though)

Cuppa soup with pasta in it

medium sized baguette with ham and egg mayo

am I a bloater or what?????

Oh and about 8 cups of tea too
2 pints of water

Doesn't sound at all bloaty to me! This is my menu for today - I ate far more than you jambuttie:

1 slice toast (homemade bread) with marmalade

1 apple

1 bowl french onion soup with roll and cheese (all homemeade except the cheese)

1 blueberry muffin (homemade)

5 slices ham and pineapple pizza (homemade)
1 black cherry yoghurt

1 slice carrot cake (homemade)

about 5 cups of tea and 2 pints water

(Can't take credit for all the homemade stuff - I only made the rolls!)

Today I ate a box of dark chocolate cheery liquers and a gin and tonic - JUST while I was preparing dinner!

two slices of cold veggie surpreme pizza

a bowl of pasta w/tomato and bacon

4 squares of chocolate

1 orange, 1 banana and 1 apple

4 cups of coffee and 2L of water

I've had :-

A Special K Bar and a Banana for breakfast!!

(Started off well!!!!!!)

2 welsh cakes

turkey salad sandwich (with low cal bread) and a low fat mandarin yogurt.

Roast lamb, gravy, potatoes, roast potatoes, broccoli, carrot and swede.

3 cups of tea
1 can diet coke with lime
About 4 glasses of water

Actually, don't think that's too bad (apart from the welsh cakes , and possiblythe diet coke!!!

today mathew... I had

1 bowl of porridge, (with lots of sugar)

beans and cheese on toast (homemade)

about 10 jaffa cakes
handful of grapes...

salmon, sweetcorn, mushrooms in a fresh cream sauce served with pasta... (homemade)
No..salad .. couldn't possibly manage it... burp

about 10 cups of tea....

no water or fruit... I will do better tomorrow..

today ive had

5 slices of toast 2 with marmalade and 3 with strawberry jam

2 mugs of coffee

2 custard creams

will have dinner soon once ive fed the fish and tidied the kids toys up.

yogurt muesli and blueberries for breakfast (starts off well)

goats cheese tart for lunch

a packet of Maltesers for low blood sugar mid afternoon!

Hummus and oatcakes once home.

Dinner - pasta with peppers, bacon adn lashings of cream. And two LARGE glasses of red wine.

ANd still hungry.

2 clementines

half a carton of Covent Garden asparagus soup
wholewheat pasta with roasted vegetables
can of diet coke
2 bottles of water
a cup of decaf tea
handful of DD's chocolate raisins
bottle of lager

Peckish now though so DH is ging to make another cup of tea and I mightgrab some toast for supper.

I am nearly 32 weeks pg though, so will use that as an excuse
