Boys - tuna pasta and garlic bread, followed by strawberries

Gobble and Mr Gobble - cod, chips and peas (can't be arsed to cook - got a reeeeeeaaaaaaaly bad back and on strong pain killers)

Another one having Chinese takeaway. I'm at work till 10pm, DH away on course, home about the same time.

Out of the cartons, in front of the tv. Perfick.

Prawns and Scallops in Tomato and Garlic Sauce with Linguine and green veg on the side.

Chicken and butternut squash risotto for me and dh.

We had fresh, butchers sausages, creamy mash,broccoli and gravey.

Pitta bread stuffed with whatever combination of lemon pepper stir fried chicken, sausage, cheese, salad and humous that takes your fancy.

Followed by halloween mini rolls left over from yesterday

homemade spiced moroccan chick pea soup, with fresh baguette, yum...., then a bit of cheese and some fruit for all three of us.

Beef casserole made yesterday with carrots. Glam eh.

They all sound gorgeous!! Tonight left over pasta with chicken,green beans, carrots and broc in a creamy sauce and garlic bread! College tonight so always do big meal night before and have it again!! Lazy, yes i know!!!!
Do you all cook from fresh or do you have ready made?

gawd I dunno, this thread makes me indecisive, must stop looking at it!!

Envious of those of you who eat at normal times. I don't get in till 7 at the soonest and we don't eat till 9 at the soonest. Have to go to ikea on way home tonight to buy DS1's desk we have promised him for weeks!!! Defrosted some cooked salmon that has been in freezer for AGES (it's ok it doesn't smell) so will either have salmon risotto (with spinach,celery, onions) or fishcakes with left over mash, peas and mint (recepe on a Good Food calender). Happy eating.

Pork stir fry (fab staag sauce- oriental pineapple and lemon) with noodles. Yum.

add loads and loads of parsely to sauce at last minute, plus cubes of mozzarella

a real old favourite chez nous!

Salmon steamed/poached in foil with lime zest and juice and rice.

Boring.

stir fried pork with cashews, lime and mint

dds: chicken risotto and syrup sponge pudd and custard

I just had a cheese pizza - yum!

And the kids had a fish fingers, smiles and beans

hmmmmmmmm looking at your dinners i feel a bit, cant think of the word - like my dinner was a crap effort lol
