There's lots of important life stuff going on here, academic and outfits and all sorts, but I focused in on the accordion news🙃
Well, it's not everyday someone says 'I'm off to my accordion class'!
One of the big regrets in my life is that I am one? two? generations away from the traditional music that would have permeated all through my family up to the early 20c, but it wasn't passed on to my parents' generation.
They remembered uncles and aunts coming home after years in England [not the ones who emigrated to the USA, they never came home again] and just picking up the fiddle and playing as if they'd never stopped.
A neighbour was going to teach me on an old melodeon when I was little, but it just never happened - we moved, he moved, he passed away - something like that...
A shame, because I might have ended up jamming with Weary🙂

seriously - how on earth does that happen that some animals are 'in' for a while, then they are replaced by an invasive species.
