We are going to end up with a Conservative government AGAIN at this rate, is that ok with everyone?

following a thread on AIBU I think about who would vote Tories again.....the main (only?) reason people are citing for voting Tories is the GC issue. Women totally abandoning social politics over a singular issue. declaring nothing else matters, if Labour can't get this right then, they won't vote for them

I can't work out if these people were Conservative voter's anyway/actually do agree that Conservative policy and practice generally, is in our best interests compared with Labour

OR they are prioritising GC issues above and at the exclusion of all else? because alot more women will have a lot more issues, if we have yet another round of Conservative Government

And they are ignoring that Labour (finally!) defined women as adult human female

AND ignoring that this whole debacle has happened under the Tories 🤷🏼‍♀️

Same applies to Rwanda, you d send back a Rwandan fleeing

Any off shore asylum processing needs to be safe and secure.

The inhumane bit applies to the UK planned policy, mother crosses ch to be with husband and children, is deported with zero chance of having asylum to the UK.
Do you agree with this policy?

Same applies

Yes it does. That was my original point. There is no nice way to stop people moving. You either make sure people fleeting can’t or you accept the high numbers.

Skipping over parts that are further away, eg tow back to Tunisia doesn’t make that fact go away.

We have family reunification policies already. And wasn’t it you who got upset at people using families to get here as you stated the gov would just let them all stay. Which wasn’t correct in any case.

You seem a bit haphazard on what you want. Some is inhumane but some is apparently not, it’s all the same as you point out.

I can't vote for Labour: they ;don't understand anatomy; they bully women, even on the floor of the House of Commons; they really do prefer trans people to real women and have allowed them to dictate policies.
What woman would vote for that?

Excellent news, he is a terrible PM, i did have higher hopes for him when he was standing against Truss, he was clearly the best option at the time but since becoming PM, he seems to rely completely on the right wing to stay in office and that guides all his policies/ideas.

He is also reliant on the TRAs in his own party, which is why Trans made it back into the Conversion Therapy Bill and the Dept for Education won't can't issue guidance to schools.

Sunak is a weak, unpopular PM at the head of a zombie government.
