No one likes me, I ruin everything, I have no friends and no one wants me around, I’m so tired and I can’t sleep, my husbands ignoring me but I don’t blame him I’m such a drain I don’t even know why he stays

I’m watching the grinch in the sofa but I feel so aggitated I don’t know where to put myself, I want to sleep forever it’s my only pleasure

When I had depression I wanted to sleep all the time. I'm not saying this is what you have bit I know the feeling.

I'm not sure but I'd say depressed rather than lonely. Have you seen your GP recently?

I was upset because at my husbands Christmas do they were playing spin the bottle and the ice cube game (passing ice mouth to mouth) it was an employer organised daytime party with 150 office staff I just found it really weird and I got funny about it, I said he might cheat and he said “well I’m here aren’t I” in a horrible tone I just feel shit

He’s just ignoring me now because I’m upset and he prob doesn’t want to deal with me
My dd is 20
I’ve been depressed forever, 2 years ago I got the courage to tell the doctor that I wanted to die and he just said “things will seem better in a week or 2” and sent me away
I was gutted it took me 10 years to say that
I don’t have the courage to go back

That sounds like anxiety and depression- well that's what it was like for me, like everything inside me was winding up tighter and tighter.

Have you tried deep slow breathing? You're perhaps breathing very shallowly. Do you find you are sighing a lot - that would be a sign.

Does your husband ignore you a lot? It doesn't sound very supporting him.

You do sound depressed . Could you see a different doctor as that one sounds shit, frankly. Taking antidepressants has saved my life.

Ask for a second opinion. Please go even if it's to see a nurse. No one deserves to l8ve with depression.

I think he will cheat or leave me because literally no one likes me, I have no friends I’m excluded from events my sister cut me out of her life so if no one else likes me why would he
And he must get fed up of my crying and depression I know I must be auwful to live with

Have you eaten recently? Obviously it won't cure depression but you might be able to get to sleep better if you go and have a really big drink of water and eat a slice of bread. Then write down the specific things that are wrong (like you've done here, but in bullet points). If you think of more, add them to the list. Tomorrow you can make one positive step towards changing one of the things. But tonight the list is your one thing.
