Not behind the school again, Latex? They def will have cameras now!
(Actually, where is it please?)

Klaptout you are so organised, I love you already!

Latex seriously, one step at a time, ok? You WILL continue your positive journey out of this, look what you've already done by leaving that abusive relationship. Let's focus on getting you well, keeping that communication going with your DCs, and getting a plan for you for each day, each week, month & onwards. Could you keep us posted on your day tomorrow, on your emotions & actions? What good things are you going to do for yourself??

That's it for now (probably!)
Love from

Anxious, I think that adrenaline gets you through the tougher moments, it's afterwards when we fall apart, it's like our mind says, ok danger has passed, now you can collapse in a soggy heap.
It's hard when your caring for your partner, the change around of roles expectations and at time frustrations, when it's the person that you are married too it's hard as you don't want to make things harder for them by sharing your worries, I hope you are able to talk freely with the workers that support you.
Is your DH ok to be on his own or does he need someone with him?
I'm guessing work is at least a different environment, and you get to be you, IYKWIM.
I used to get a sitter for my DH as he wasn't safe to be on his own, I realised that when I caught him warming the hot water bottle under the electric grill! I can smile about his various antics now but it was stressful at the time.

I need a lie down after reading of all your keep fit activities.
Luckily I'm ok on the weight front at the moment, a healthy 9 stone, when I was really ill I dropped to well under 7stone, it wasn't a good look.
Yes I'm very allergic, anaphylactic type allergic, to fur kiwi and latex, nothing personal, Latex, honest.

AnxiousCarer · 28/10/2016 00:05

Latex I am unshockable. But try if you want!

Purplebluebird · 28/10/2016 10:56

Woah you ladies are awake late :O I go to bed at 10 otherwise I can't cope with my tornado in the morning!

I used to self harm too, when I was younger. Also had anorexia for many years. Then I started binge eating instead as a "self harm swap". -.- I have ordered a book that might help, and it will come today!

I also have Bipolar disorder, OCD, Tourettes and anxiety. I always joke I should have a MH CV. I have tried to convince psychiatrist to put me on a waiting list for therapy, but they refuse to do it because a) I'm not suicidal and b) waiting list is 6 months +. Will fight about this some more next time I see them, have been waiting 3 months for some medication for anxiety, and still not got an appointment!

You have to tell us now Latex... ;)

Klaptout sounds like a very difficult time for you! Glad it seems better now.

Forgive me for not remembering names and happenings, I genuinely have no memory and would have to keep a note about it! Same with faces, though luckily I won't need to worry about that here :P I will try my best!
