Hi, can I take a corner please? Today was a tad stressful...

WristBoundLatexBitch · 27/10/2016 00:03

Holidays are the worst. No money to do nothing and no one to do stuff with. I am the worst mum.

OP posts:
Wolfiefan · 27/10/2016 00:04

Because
I may sound like a loon. BUT I'm a lot better than I was. Off medication. Coping ok. Just the sleep and a few other things a bit awry. Will be ok.

Wolfiefan · 27/10/2016 00:05

X post.
Wrist you're not. Really you're not.
Make a den.
Splash in puddles.
Have a (indoors it is October) picnic.
You don't have to spend money or invite the world over.

WristBoundLatexBitch · 27/10/2016 00:05

A child who is always ill throws a spanner in the works. And tomorrow marks the day a year ago I saw my 5th fit (between 2 children)

OP posts:
WristBoundLatexBitch · 27/10/2016 00:07

We done all that before but my little one is breathing bad again and I'm scared to make him do anything.

Fuck I'm awful

OP posts:
Wolfiefan · 27/10/2016 00:12

Latex. We don't fail. We learn from our mistakes. I've yet to meet a perfect parent. The best ones admit they don't always get it right and try and do better. That is all.

WristBoundLatexBitch · 27/10/2016 00:12

I have loads of medication and rules of when to give we are ok on that front

OP posts:
WristBoundLatexBitch · 27/10/2016 00:13

OP posts:
AnxiousCarer · 27/10/2016 00:13

I'm back, sleep not happening yet, wow what a lot of us there are, thought it was just me tonight! Got a stinking headache now, going to get some painkillers and make a night time tea, see if that helps, always work like magic for DH.

Wolfiefan · 27/10/2016 00:14

Now I fancy tea!
Wrist. Lots of asthma history in this family. Know the drill!

WristBoundLatexBitch · 27/10/2016 00:14

It's nice in a bad way that there is more of us out there

OP posts:
saltededamummy · 27/10/2016 00:14

Hey wooden, pnd is so incredibly common (& I don't mean not-posh; I'm poshish & have had it with both DCs) it's an absolute sod & tries to get in between you & enjoying your baby, but it will not succeed - trust me, it passes
x

WristBoundLatexBitch · 27/10/2016 00:16

OP posts:
Wolfiefan · 27/10/2016 00:17

OP posts:
Woodenmouse · 27/10/2016 00:18

Thank you salted I had it with ds1 and I was much better when i had ds2, I was so determined it wouldn't happen again with ds2, I was fine until about a month ago (ds2 is 8 months ) and then I had a complete breakdown.

WristBoundLatexBitch · 27/10/2016 00:18

Wolf I think I'd fit in with that. I make my own rules Grin
