I'm meeting with middle management on Monday. I've asked to move offices because between the non-functioning computer and the colleagues who (IMHO fairly understandably) won't work with me - well, I'm hardly capable of getting a job done.

I'm just scared that they'll blame all of the workplace problems (funding cuts, redundancies, budget issues, blah de blah) which have caused my meltdowns on the fact that I was clearly mental to begin with.

But how's everyone else?

I'm struggling a bit, trying not to phone CMHT - they will tell me to watch tv/listen to music etc etc.

Someone said to me today to always ring, as then they log it and see that you do need more actual support, rather than just saying oh, I thought about ringing, but I didn't.
