Actually I was wondering - in fact several people seem to have gone quiet for at least part of today. Sorry to hear you got walloped with the AD stick Chap; I guess the first few days are the worst?

Well the bloods must be ok because not heard anything, but does this means I need to go through it again tonight still feel low and tearful. on a positive note have distracted myself for 5 hours with walking and the gym again self destructive

Good news on the bloods Bright. I'm sure I don't have to tell you that liver damage from paracetamol o/d is serious shit. It's not a nice way to go.
What's happened Millie?

I'm really not sure I'm going to be fit for work next week. I'm gutted. Thought that I was going to be able to hold it together for this job. Been there 18 months and all been ok until now. I don't want to be put in a box marked "crazy lady".

I don't know about you Millie but my asshole radar is turned up to max when I'm ill :)

One of the reasons it would be unwise to go back to work early.the trouble is there is zero tolerance for mental abnormality. However I feel terrible about letting people down. Bollocks.

David, I'm struggling with guilt too re being signed off work and I know if I go back, it will just end up the same, as the support structure just isn't there.

happy Wednesday everyone

hope you feel up to a shower this morning chap, I only bother if someone is going to get fairly close (physio, PT) or if I have to come into contact with people outside my usual sphere of mud, dogs and horses Blush

we have to journey allllll the way to Norwich today so #s 3 and 1 can get their hair done (have not been near a hairdresser for years :() and we have an appointment at the apple store

but first Rodney Yee is about to guide me in 'an empowering routine to centre me both physically and mentally' which is good because I have butterflies after emailing that therapist last night
