Everyone is welcome.

It's currently short-ish so options are limited Grin it flops in my eyes and PISSES ME OFF so some kind of very short cut I think & not sure whether to get it clippered round the back and sides as that needs maintenance

Ennn · 17/02/2015 15:12

I don't usually permamently dye my hair as I can't handle the hassle Grin my hair looks shit when its dyed as well because it's very fine and turns into a dandelion clock if I do anything interesting to it

but I'm willing to wang a bit of colour in it if it'll take on unbleached dark blonde hair

Just been talked at for an hour Sad Hmm Apparently the gym and playing some facebook game called pet rescue would help. I hate those facebook games, and the gym. Some listening to what I was saying would have been nice.

Oh for fuck's actual sake.

PollyPooic · 17/02/2015 16:52

:( how is doing something you hate meant to help?

did they have any other ideas?

UpOnDown · 17/02/2015 16:57

No idea. I'm glad it's someone else tomorrow.

See, for me, playing mindless puzzle games and going to the gym are helpful. (In specific circumstances. Which I already know about. So I'd probably already be doing them if they would be helpful.) But I'm not dense enough to assume that means they work for everyone else too, all the time, when they've told me they hate them. Daft brush.

UpOnDown · 17/02/2015 17:08

I did suggest things like Risk (have it on my phone already).

the gym can be horrible in the wrong frame of mind, even for an enthusiast like me

how about yoga? there are some gentle yoga-based things you can do while seated if you are lacking energy, have mobility problems (am addicted to yoga)

eg

UpOnDown · 17/02/2015 17:19

Thanks polly Smile

have been invited to a great pancake feast, but in some ways would rather cut off one of my fingers

poor me

UpOnDown · 17/02/2015 17:41

Sounds like it could be nice, polly, but no point if you wont enjoy it.

I've just given in and ordered chinese, at least I'm doing something nice for myself.

OP posts:
Millie2013 · 17/02/2015 17:53

I could just eat Chinese! What have you ordered?
Some people are incapable of listening and staying with the pain of others. Not feeling heard is shit

UpOnDown · 17/02/2015 18:05

Salt and pepper squid, 1/4 crispy duck with pancakes, and singapore noodles (for tomorrow). Yes, I'm glad that today's visitor isn't my CPN.

Millie2013 · 17/02/2015 18:10

Good for you :) It sounds way more exciting than my dinner :)

UpOnDown · 17/02/2015 18:11

Thanks Smile What are you having?

OP posts:
Millie2013 · 17/02/2015 18:21

Just had those pasta parcels you boil (brain fog) tortellini? And fresh pesto

Ennn · 17/02/2015 18:22

Mmm, squid sounds lovely. Am having chicken and squash curry.

UpOnDown · 17/02/2015 18:28

Tortellini and curry both sound yummy Smile I hope it gets here soon.

I was having a think as I picked up my tablets from the only pharmacy that has any phenelzine in stock at the moment, my usual one which is a 45 minute walk away as it's at the supermarket where I do my shopping, and noticed that the prescription charge is now over eight quid and until recently I'd have had to bloody pay that every time I cashed another prescription for a measly 7 days' worth of tablets - do doctors not ever think about the cost implications for patients (either be tied to a PPC or pay £8 a week for one medication) and do they not understand how hollow it sounds when they wibble on about taking responsibility for one's own mental health and actions and behaviours (because patients don't do things, theyvhave behaviours) when they won't even trustpeople to have the bloody bottle of tablets at home until they've proved they're not going to do stupid shit with them? If I want to do stupid shit with medications it's up to me, surely? Except for the fact I didn't pay frr themz I suppose - but even if I did pay directly for the tablets I still have to get them prescribed. POM should be abolished except for antibiotics and we should all just be able to buy whatever drugs we want alongside the current system where the NHS will pay for drugs a doctor bhas decided you need

Ennn · 17/02/2015 18:49

Bloody ravenous; looking forward to dinner.

UpOnDown · 17/02/2015 19:01

Well, the takeaway was nice.
