That cake thing is fucking stupid. You put a large multi-portion cake, sliced up, in any workplace, it's obvious that it's there for everyone to take a slice if they want. Taking a slice isn't rule-breaking, it's reading social cues bollocking the kid for taking a piece of "her" cake?

Mmmmm. Walloped with the anxiety stick. Hot and cold rushes, prickly sensations, feel like my chest is being squashed. I have zopiclone, pregabalin, alcohol, codeine and propranolol. Trying to decide if I need to take anything.
